What is Settl's process for handling lost and found items in flats?

If you've misplaced something within your flat, we'll help by conducting a thorough search in the area to assist in locating your lost item. However, please be aware that our CCTV system covers only common areas for security reasons, and we do not have cameras inside individual flats. Consequently, while we will do our best to help, we cannot assume responsibility for items lost.
