I want to extend my stay; what is the process?

Extending your stay at Settl is designed to be a straightforward and hassle-free process. Here's how you can secure more time in your Settl home:

1. Communication: One month before your contract is set to end, you'll receive a communication from us. This message will inform you that your extension window is now open, and you can continue your stay with us.

2. Using the Settl. Connect app: Once you receive our message, the option to extend your stay will be activated in the Settl. Connect app. Simply head to the app, navigate to "My Profile," and tap on "Extend My Stay." From there, you can select your desired new tenure and submit your request.

3. Confirmation: After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation once your extension has been processed, ensuring you're all set to stay with us for longer.

4. Extension window: It's important to note that the window to request an extension is open from the 1st to the 7th of every month, giving you a specific timeframe to make your decision.
