How can I get maintenance issues resolved in my Settl home?

For any maintenance concerns, simply raise a ticket using the Settl. Connect app. Here's how:

1. Open the app and head over to the queries section.
2. Select the appropriate issue category and sub-category that best describes your issue.
4. Provide a detailed description of the issue you're facing. For better clarity, you can also upload any supporting images or videos.
5. Submit your query.

Our dedicated team will promptly get in touch with you to resolve your issues and we will strive to address them as soon as possible, ensuring your living experience is hassle-free at all times.

Please note that if the issue is reported within the first 30 days of your move-in, we'll resolve it free of charge. For issues reported after the initial 30 days, a nominal fee will apply for the service. Rest assured, we're here to ensure your Settl experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
