Will there be repairs/re-painting charges when I vacate the property?

Modified on Wed, 15 May at 5:43 PM

Upon vacating your Settl property, the move-out audit plays a critical role in assessing the condition of your living space. It's during this detailed inspection that we evaluate the property for any damages or wear and tear that goes beyond normal use. Should any damages be identified during this audit, it may lead to charges for necessary repairs or re-painting, in accordance with our policy.

This procedure ensures that every space is maintained to the highest standard for incoming residents, preserving the quality and comfort of our living environments. Our aim is to keep the process fair and transparent, ensuring that the property remains in excellent condition for all members of the Settl community.
