Is Token Money Refundable if I Cancel the booking?

When you place token money for a booking at Settl., it solidifies your intent to join our community, and we in return, guarantee your selected space is exclusively reserved for you. It's important to note that if you decide to cancel your booking, the token money is non-refundable. 

This is because when we reserve a property for you, we potentially forego the opportunity to offer it to other interested parties, and the token serves as a form of compensation for this.
